As a management and coordination body of inter-institutional cooperation, the task of the Inter-institutional Group is to monitor the everyday implementation of smart specialisation, participate in the programming and coordination of instruments, prepare analyses, reports and proposals related to the implementation of strategic documents, programmes and projects relevant for smart specialisation, establish constructive cooperation with innovation working groups of the Council for Innovation and Smart Specialisation, and report on its activities to the Council and the Government of Montenegro with complete commitment.
